Beginning Dec 1 the water polo practices will move to Mon & Wed from 6-7 pm.
FAST WATER POLO PROGRAM On November 4th FAST will begin the water polo program again. Coach Sarah Draves and Coach Hailey Edwards will be running the program. When: Tues and Thurs 6 pm -7 pm Who: 8-14 yr old are eligible to participate Fee: $90/month (swimmers who are already on the team the fee would change to $90 and would be expected to continue swimming on non-water polo days or swim 1 hr before polo practice) Criteria: All players will be required to be registered with USA Water Polo Objectives...
The Fallbrook Associated Swim Team (FAST) is a non-profit, year-round competitive aquatic program offering coaching to athletes of all abilities: Novice to National level qualifiers.
FAST is a member of United States Swimming (USA Swimming), San Diego Imperial Swimming LSC (Local Swim Committee), USA Water Polo.
FAST's competitive aquatic program allows each individual athlete to reach theirmaximum potential. We are dedicated to fostering good habits that include self discipline, individual organization, responsibility, dedication and commitment. NO ATHLETE LEFT BEHIND.
FAST also fosters good sportsmanship by demonstrating courtesy, team support, honesty and respect.
All of our coaches are members of USA Swimming and are trained in Safe Sport, First Aid, CPR and Coach's safety training, Concussion Training and Coaching Tutorial.
