All FAST athletes need to register for 2009 by December 15, 2008. Failure to do so could result in you not being able to practice or particpate in meets and games. Check the bulletin board to see if you are register.

 For the FAST BC meet - The warm up for all swimmers will be at 7:00.

We will need all the parents to help during the meet. Please contact Mary and let her know that you are available.
