All divers need to be registered wil AAU Diving. you can do this online.
Diving Team The Fallbrook Associated Swim Team is now offering a dive program. All interested divers will need to be registered with AAU Diving. Practices are held: Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-8:00pm

Diving Efficiency Awards Program
Program Objectives: To encourage students to stretch their diving abilities by achieving certain efficiency award levels as indicated in the Bronze, Silver and Gold standard tests, and in the long-term to build a solid base for each student to maximize his/her advancement in the sport of diving.
Tests:
One Meter Bronze Standard
5 dives from five diving groups, diver must be judged to have achieved an average of 5 points per dive over the entire test, therefore the degree of difficulty is not applicable, pure score counts.
One Meter Silver Standard
Conditions same as Bronze Standard except: 8 dives from five diving groups with 5.5 points per dive.
One Meter Gold Standard
Conditions same as Silver Standard except 10 dives from five diving groups with 6 points per dive.
Family members and friends are encouraged to attend the pool on test nights to provide support to our divers. We plan to make awards following the successful completion of the tests. |
