The Fallbrook Associated Swim Team is a U.S.A. Swimming associated club located in Fallbrook, California. The club consists of 80-100 swimmers and polo players, from novice to Zone and Sectional level swimmers that practice and compete year-round. F.A.S.T. also provides an age group water polo program for all age athletes during the school year and for those in 7th grade and younger during the summer. F.A.S.T. practices at the Fallbrook high School's swimming facility, which includes a 6 lane 25 yard competition pool and a 20 yard diving and warm-up pool.
